Classic Cocktail – Thylacine
30ml of DASHER + FISHER Mountain Gin, 30mL freshly squeezed lemon juice, 30ml of Chambord. Build gin and juice in a rocks glass over ice. Layer Chambord on top creating a stripe. Garnish with a slice of Meyer lemon and 2-3 fresh blackberries.
