Specialty coffee immersed in ice-cold filtered water for up to 24 hours. Our Nitrobrew is then slowly infused with Nitrogen gas to create the Guinness effect’.
SUPER SMOOTH
Cold brewing uses time instead of heat to extract flavour. This avoids altering the chemical composition of natural oils, fats and solubles found in coffee. So less bitterness and acidity!
