Delivery Information

Gangemi's ships all over Australia via Australia Post. We also organise local delivery for most suburbs within a 5km radius of West Perth. To find out if your elligible, please contact us here. Free delivery during the hours 11am - 5pm Monday-Friday orders over $50 (excluding public holidays). Deliveries outside of these times negotiable depending on circumstances.

For local delivery, next day delivery is guaranteed for orders placed on weekdays before 12:30pm. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be scheduled for Tuesday unless requested. In the event that we don't have a product in stock, we cannot guarantee delivery until the stock has arrived, in the event that we don't have stock on hand, you will be notified.

Shipping is only available for wine, spirits and some gift related products. If you would like to arrange delivery for an item that is "Local Delivery" only, please contact us so we can arrange a quote.

For shipping interstate and throughout WA, we use Australia Post. Anyone at the delivery address, who receives the goods, shall be presumed by Gangemi's to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf and that the person is over the age of eighteen (18) years. Satisfactory evidence of proof of age of the person receiving the goods may be requested. If the person is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age, Gangemi's Fine Wines & Food will refuse to deliver the goods.

Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) or persons who fail to provide proof of age as accepted by Gangemi's Fine Wines & Food. You must ensure that a person over the age of eighteen (18) years is available to accept the goods. If there is no one at the delivery address, Gangemi's will retain the goods and re-organise delivery with purchaser. Please note this will incur an additional fee if delivery has to be organised a second time.

Goods will not be left unattended at any delivery address. Once you receive the goods you will be responsible if they become damaged, lost or stolen. All deliveries must be signed for and will be taken as absolute proof of delivery.

Returns/Credits/Refunds Credit claims cannot be recognised unless reported to Gangemi's Fine Wines & Food within 24 hours. If an order is cancelled prior to delivery then a refund will be processed the next business day. A cancellation fee may apply in some cases. If a product you ordered is damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods purchased, you must call Gangemi's Fine Wines & Food within 24 hours of the delivery. Claims for shortages must be checked by your delivery driver & reported immediately. Please check your delivery before signing.
