made in Margaret River.
George the Fox apple cider is made simply. Western Australian apples are crushed, pressed, fermented, then matured in vintage French wine barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Our cider contains absolutely no additives or preservatives. In fact there is nothing in the glass but apples – Fantastic!
George the Fox has a splendid bushy tail and lives nearby. He occasionally steals a chicken or two, but hasn’t worked out how to steal the cider yet.
